RMDC Organizes Training on Micro finance Management

RMDC, branch office, Itahari has conducted 2 days Microfinance Management Training at Gokarna Resort and Party Palace Pvt. Ltd. Morang from Asoj 7 to 8, 2075. There were 36 field staffs who participated from 23 Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha, Financial Institution Non-Government Organizations and  Co-Operatives who are currently conducting microfinance program from 9 working districts of RMDC, Itahari branch. The program was facilitated and coordinated by Mr. Gobinda Prasad Poudel, Branch Manager of Itahari Branch. He welcomed all participates and mentioned about the objectives and important of microfinance management Training.

The chief trainer of the program was Mr. Mahendra Ban, who has more than two decades in Microfinance sectors and now is working as a deputy division Manager at Swabalamban Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. Mr. Ban said, “If field staff right and well analysis about the client, its help to minimize defaulter.”  During this Two days training, Mr. Ban discussed about the concept, Importance and principle of microfinance program. He discussed about pre group training, group recognize test, its process, importance, methods of operation ,importance of credit management , overdue management, center management, qualities, role and responsibilities of field staff, institutional viability, sustainability, indicators and client protection management  through presentations, practices and discussions methods. The main theme of this program was the field staff was face of the organization and their behavior is seems to organization behavior. Every member of the organization enters through the field staff that’s way field staff have to good analytical capacity of client. At the end of training, participants shared that the training was very useful and they were committed to utilize their knowledge in official works and share with their colleagues.  The branch manager of RMDC Itahari, Mr. Gobinda Prasad poudel wrapped the program up by thanking to all participants for their active participation.
