RMDC Organizes Training on Branch  Management

RMDC branch office, Itahari has conducted 3 days Branch Management Training at Gokarna Resort and Party Palace Pvt. Ltd. Morang from Poush 18 to 20, 2075. There were 36 Branch Managers, participants from 28 partner organizations of RMDC who are conducting microfinance program from 11 districts. The program was facilitated and coordinated by Mr. Gobinda Prasad Poudel, Branch Manager of Itahari Branch. He welcomed all participants and mentioned the objectives and importance of Branch Management Training.

The trainers were from Jeevan Bikas Samaj, chief trainer of the program was Mr. Sanjay Kumar Mandal, who has more than two decades of experience in Microfinance sector. Now, he is working as a Deputy Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Rohit Bhandari, having experience of more than 15 years in microfinance sectors who is now working Internal Audit department head and Mr. Sudip Kumar Mandal having more than 14 years in Microfinance sectors, now he is working as a Training department head.

During this three days training, The trainers discussed the Branch Management and function, role, the responsibility of branch manager as well they said about the concept, Importance, and principle of the microfinance program.

At the end of training, participants shared that the training was very useful and they committed to utilize their knowledge in official works and share their colleagues. The branch manager of RMDC Itahari, Mr. Gobinda Prasad Poudel thanked all participants for their active participation.
