RMDC Organizes Training on Account and Record Management

RMDC, branch office, Itahari has conducted 3 days "Accounting and Record Management" Training at Gokarna Resort and Party Palace, Morang from Shrawan 20 to 22, 2075. There were 25 Account Officers and Deputy Managers who participated from 25 Partners Co-Operatives from 11 districts of Nepal. The program was facilitated by Mr. Dinesh Siruwal and welcomed by Mr. Gobinda Prasad Poudel, Branch Manager of Itahari Branch. He mentioned about the objectives and importance of the Accounting and Record Management Training. He also mentioned that the Training helps to keep financial governance at Co-Operative sector.

The trainers for the program were Mr. Manohari Niraula, department head of Karnali saving and credit co-operative Ltd., Jhapa, and Mr. Yubraj Dhakal , secretary of  Jhapa  district Co-operative Institution. During the three days training, both trainers highlighted about process of Accounting Principle i.e. Voucher, ledgers, Trial Balance, profit & loss a/c, balance sheets,  receipts and payment a/c, petty cash book , bank reconciliation statement, cash flows and financial indicators through presentations, practices and discussions methods. Also Branch Manager of RMDC Itahari, discuss about classification of Assets & loan, Depreciation, Loan loss provision, Tax calculation and payment. At the end of training, participants shared that the training was very useful and they committed to utilize their knowledge in official works.  The branch manager of RMDC Itahari, Mr. Gobinda Prasad Poudel thanks to all participants for their actively participation and also highlighted that every participants should disseminate this knowledge of training to each members and stakeholders of the organizations.
