RMDC Microfinance virtually convenes its 22nd AGM; endorses proposal of 20% dividend to its shareholders

RMDC Microfinance has virtually convened its 22^nd AGM for the FY 2076-77 on Mangsir 22, 2077 under the leadership of its chairperson Ms. Sujata Joshi.

The AGM has endorsed the board’s proposal to provide 15% bonus shares and 5% cash dividend out of its net profit Rs 45.21 crore, as per the media statement. After the capitalization of the bonus shares, the paid-up value of the company will scale up to Rs 1.03 arba.

The microfinance disbursed RS 36.67 arba as loan, and Rs 8.06 arba is under the investment until the end of the fiscal year, as per the media statement.
