RMDC Microfinance concludes its 23rd AGM; endorses proposal of 25% dividend to shareholders

RMDC Microfinance has convened its 23^rd AGM for the FY 2077-78 under the leadership of its chairman Ms. Sujata Joshi on Poush 30, 2078.

Apart from the regular financial reports, The AGM has endorsed the board’s proposal to provide 20% bonus shares and 5% cash dividend to its shareholders from the profit it had made in the previous fiscal year. After the bonus shares, the paid-up value of the company will reach Rs 1.24 arba.

The AGM also elected new BoDs who include Mr. Bhim Prasad Timalsina, and Mr. Murali Prasad Sharma from the public shareholder group, as per the media statement.
