RMDC initiates Business Plan Training program; 24 staff members from 22 partner organizations receive training benefits

RMDC LBSL, Kohalpur branch has successfully organized the "Business Plan Training" from 4th to  6th April 2021. 24 staff members from 22 different partner organizations of 10 districts were benefited from the training program. During the opening session of the training, Mr. Bharat Kumar Singh (BM) expressed his views on the importance as well as objectives of the training for partner organizations. The business plan being the key to the growth of the Cooperative he requested for active participation to all participants.

Mr. Pritha Bahadur Thapa, acting DCEO of RMDC was the resource person of training. During the sessions, he had made discussion regarding the conceptual understanding of the Business Plan, its importance, components of the Business Plan, preparation of strategic, operational, and financial planning, evaluation of business plan through various indicators, and how to write Business Plan.

During the closing session, the participants evaluated the whole training program. Manager of 'Dalit Mahila Bachat tatha Rin Sahakari Sanstha Ltd.' Mrs. Tulasi Sunar said, "Training is useful and has improved the confidence of the participants to prepare business plan of their respective cooperatives in coming years." 

Chairman of 'Nawa Srijana Bahuuddeshiya Sahakari Sanstha Ltd.' Mr. Bhimraj Awasthi said "The cooperative is like a horse without bridle if it doesn't have a business plan. This is enormously useful in this regard.". He asked RMDC to continue training activities in the coming days as usual to its partner organizations virtually if it is not possible. Similarly, Mr. Singh Bahadur Shahi, Microfinance Chief of 'Himchuli Krishi Sahakari Sanstha Ltd.' expressed his view on the training program. He said," The training program has enabled us to analyze and measure business plans on the basis of different indicators and it has made us internalize regarding the importance of the business plan."

During the closing session of Training Mr. Bharat Kumar Singh express his regards to all participants being attentive in the training program. He thanked Acting DCEO Mr. Pritha Bahadur Thapa for his time to conduct the training program. Moreover, he expressed his belief that the training program would be fruitful to the partner cooperatives in the coming years. The resource person Acting DCEO Mr. Thapa distributed the certificate to the participants. Making in his closing remarks he said parables about parrots to convey message about learnings in any training program. He further added that training only can be beneficial if it is practiced in their daily work. He urged all participants to use their learning during the training in the cooperatives. He also thanked all participants for their cooperation and active participation in the training program.
