RMDC announces 10% Stock & 21.58% Cash Dividend

The 254th BOD meeting of Rural Micro Finance Development Centre (RMDC) Limited has proposed 10 percent bonus share and 21.58 percent cash dividend to its shareholders from the net profit it earned in the last fiscal year 2070/71.
The BoD meeting of bank held on Kartik 21, 2071 has decided to recommend a dividend to its shareholders. However, the decision is subjected to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the Bank’s upcoming Annual General Meeting.
