RMDC AGM today to endorse 15% cash dividend

Rural Microfinance Development Centre Limited (RMDC) is holding 15th Annual General Meeting today.
The AGM being held at the City Hall in Kathmandu will endorse 15 percent cash dividend to the shareholders from the net profit the microfinance development bank posted in the last fiscal year 2069/70.
Though RMDC has not published its balance sheet for the last fiscal year, it posted a net profit of Rs 6.82 crore in the first quarter of the current fiscal year.
