RMDC 17th AGM on Poush 27, to endorse 10% bonus & 16.32% cash; Mirmire Microfinance 5th AGM on Poush 25

Rural Microfinance Developmenr Center Ltd. (RMDC) 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be convening on Poush 27, 2072. The AGM will be held at Trade Tower, Thapathali, Kathmandu at 11:00 AM.
Main agendas of the AGM are:
- To approve 10 percent bonus and 16.32 % cash dividend (including for tax purpose) from the net profit it earned from the fiscal year 2071/72.
- To increase issued and paid up capital as necessary
- To amend article of association and memorandum of association as per directed by Office of Company Registrar or Nepal Rastra Bank.
Other Agendas of the AGM include financial highlights of 2071/72, appointment of auditor.
Only those shareholders owning shares till Poush 09 will be entitled to the bonus share of the company. The register of their shareholders has been closed from Poush 12, 2072 till Poush 27, 2072 for the purpose of its upcoming (AGM).
Likewise Mirmire Microfinance Development Bank Ltd. (MMFDB) 5th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be convening on Poush 25, 2072. The AGM will be held at Dhulikhel Training Center, Dhulikhel, Kavreplanchowk at 09:00 AM.
Main agendas of the AGM are:
- To elect 5 BoD member from promoter share holders and 2 BoD member from ordinary shareholders
- To amend article of association and memorandum of association.
- To amend article of association and memorandum of association as per directed by Office of Company Registrar or Nepal Rastra Bank, if any.
Other Agendas of the AGM include financial highlights of 2071/72, appointment of auditor.
The register of their shareholders has been closed from Poush 07, 2072 till Poush 25, 2072 for the purpose of its upcoming (AGM).
