River Falls Power appoints Prabhu Capital as issue manager to float 34.30 lakh unit shares; 10.3 MW hydro project at Piluwa khola in Sankhuwasabha completes 60% of construction work

River Falls Power, the developer of 10.3 MW Hydropower project at Piluwa river of Dhandevi Nagarpalika of Sankhuwasabha district has appointed Prabhu Capital as the issue manager for the issuance of 34.30 lakh unit shares to the general public.

The agreement was signed between Mr. Mitra Lal Shrestha, BoD of the hydro developer, and MD of the merchant banker Mr.   Dinesh Thakali, amid a program.

The hydropower company has so far completed 60% of the construction work and is eyeing to begin commercial production of the electricity at the earliest, as per the media statement.
