Right Shares of Chhyangdi Hydropower Company Limited Allotted to Applicants on Shrawan 5

Chhyangdi Hydropower Company Limited (CHL) has allotted its 1:1 ratio right shares on the 5th Shrawan, 2082.
The company has allotted the shares to applicants, and the non-allotted applicants received their money from 8th Shrawan, 2082.
38,69,775 units of right shares were issued from 23rd Jestha to 12th Ashadh, 2082. The hydropower company declared the book closure date for its rights offering on 2nd Jestha, 2082. Thus, investors maintained that they could apply for the shares before that day.
A total of 35,70,943 shares have been allotted to the 27,534 valid applicants. Thus, 2,98,832 (7.72%) shares were unclaimed by eligible investors. These remaining shares will be auctioned to the general public and institutions from 14th Shrawan to 21st Shrawan, 2082.
