Ridi Power Company Approves Financials at 24th AGM

Ridi Power Company Limited held its 24th Annual General Meeting at Hotel Crystal Pashupati, Kathmandu, chaired by Director Chairperson Kubermani Nepal. The AGM approved the FY 2081/82 board report, audited financial statements, and cash flow statements, and appointed an external auditor for FY 2082/83.

Shareholders granted the board authority to update company documents with regulatory bodies, manage company assets, and conduct necessary administrative actions. Chairperson Nepal thanked shareholders and stakeholders for their support, noting the company earned NPR 13 crore profit from electricity sales last year and announced plans to celebrate the 25th AGM on a grand scale.
