Ridi Hydro Power Company virtually convenes its 19th AGM; endorses proposal of 5% dividend to its shareholders

Ridi Hydro Power Company has virtually convened its 19th AGM for the FY 2076-77 on Mangsir 26, 2077.
The AGM has endorsed the board’s proposal to provide 5% bonus shares to the shareholders before Mangsir 15, as per the media statement.
The hydro company is currently operating 2.4 MW Ridi Khola project, 8.5 MW solar energy project, and has a 25% stake in Rewa Khola Project, as per the media statement.
