Ride-Sharing App Sahara to provide Rs 6 lakh worth insurance coverage; both Sahara partners and clients to receive insurance security

As the fresh beginning to the Gregorian new year, Ride-Sharing app Sahara has announced Rs 6 lakh worth of insurance coverage for its customers and ride partners.

As per the agreement with Ajod Insurance, both the client and the partner will avail of Rs 5 lakh worth of insurance coverage in case of a serious accident and Rs 1 lakh worth of medical insurance for the treatment following the accident, as per the media statement.

The MoU of the insurance coverage was signed between Chairman of Sahara ride-sharing platform Mr. Sekhar Shrestha and CEO of Ajod Insurance Mr. Kumar Bahadur Khattri amid a program.
