Reminder! Last Trading Day to Secure Dividend of Standard Chartered Bank Nepal Limited And Super Madi Hydropower

Among the other agendas, the AGM will endorse a 5.2642% dividend for the FY 81/82 for shareholders. The meeting of the board of directors held on Mangsir 04 has proposed a 5% bonus shares worth Rs. 11.02 Crores and a 0.2642% cash dividend worth Rs. 58,02,632 for the fiscal year 2081/82. The company's existing paid-up capital is Rs. 2.20 Arba.
