RSDC Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (RSDC) has called its AGM on 29th Poush, 2079. The meeting will be held in the Asian Hotel, Butwal, Rupendahi, starting at 9:00 AM that day.

Among the other agendas, the AGM will endorse a 11% dividend worth Rs. 8.85 Crores for the fiscal year 2078/79. The meeting of the board of directors held on Mangsir 10 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 80.51 Crores. 8% bonus shares and 3% cash dividend (tax purposes) have been proposed. Thus, the bonus shares are a little over Rs. 6.44 crores and the cash dividend is worth a little over Rs. 2.41 crores.
