Reminder: Last Day to Grab 26.32% Dividend of Sadhana Laghubitta (SDLBSL)

Today is the last day to grab the dividend of Sadhana Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited. The company has called its 5th AGM on 13th Kartik, 2078. The meeting will be held in Hotel Gorkha Bisauni, starting at 11 am that day.

Among other agendas, the AGM will endorse the 26.32% dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78. The meeting of the board of directors held on Bhadra 24 has decided to distribute 25% bonus shares and 1.32% cash dividend from the paid-up capital of Rs. 25,69,80,400. Thus, the bonus shares are worth Rs. 6,42,45,100 and the cash dividend is worth Rs. 33,81,321.05.

Kartik 03 is the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained till today are entitled to the dividend payout. Books will be closed from Kartik 03 to Kartik 13.

As of writing, SDLBSL has an LTP of Rs. 1,780.
