Reminder! Last Day to Grab 10% Cash Dividend Proposed By Mandu Hydropower

Today is the last day to grab the 10% cash dividend proposed by Mandu Hydropower Limited (MANDU).
The company has also called its 12th AGM on 15th Mangsir, 2080. The meeting will be held at Courtyard, Chhaya Center, Thamel, Kathmandu, starting at 10 a.m. that day.
Among the other agendas, the AGM will endorse a 10% cash dividend for the fiscal year 2079/80. The company's 205th meeting of the board held on 16th Kartik 2080, proposed the cash dividend from the paid-up capital of Rs. 1.36 Arba. A 10% cash dividend worth Rs 13.63 crores has been proposed.
The book closure for the proposed dividend and AGM is on 4th Mangsir, 2080. Therefore, the shareholders maintained till today are entitled to dividend payout and can attend the AGM.
