Reminder; Last day to clinch 26% stock dividend of NIC Asia Bank

Today is the last day to get hold of 26 percent stock dividend of NIC Asia Bank Limited (NICA) for the fiscal year 2072/73. Only the shares registered one day ahead of the book closure date, i.e. today (Ashwin 17) will be eligible for the bonus shares. The register of their shareholders will be closed from Ashwin 5, 2073 till Ashwin 18, 2073 for the purpose of its AGM. NIC Asia earned net profit of Rs 1.07 arba in the fourth quarter of the fiscal year 2072/73 as per unaudited report. It’s paid up capital stands at Rs 4.57 arba and after the issuance of 26% bonus and share its paid uap capital will rise to Rs 5.75 arba. The last traded price (LTP) of NICA stood at Rs. 885 as on September 18, 2016.
