Today is the last day to buy the shares of Citizen Investment Trust and be eligible to apply for its upcoming right shares issue.
Citizen Investment Trust (CIT) is issuing its 1:0.8284 ratio i.e., 13,592,592 units right share to its shareholders from Poush 28, 2077. The right issue will close on Magh 19, 2077.
The company is issuing 1.35 crores units worth Rs. 1.35 Arba at Rs. 100 per share to its shareholders. The book closure for the issue is tomorrow, i.e. Poush 14, 2077. Thus, investors maintained till today are entitled to apply for the issue.
After the issuance of the right shares, Citizen Investment Trust will have the paid-up capital of Rs. 3 Arba. RBB Merchant Banking Limited has been appointed as the issue manager.
As of the first quarter of FY 2077/7078, the company reported a net profit of Rs. 14.59 crores. Its EPS stood at Rs. 33/share and net worth per share stood at Rs. 238/share. As of writing the closing price of the company is Rs. 5,029 per share.
