Reliance shares listed on Nepse

KATHMANDU, JAN 29: 

Reliance Finance Limited and Nepal Stock Exchange (Nepse) have signed an agreement to list two million ordinary shares of Reliance Finance with face value of Rs 100 on Nepal Stock Exchange. According to a press release issued on Monday, Rs 200 million worth of ordinary shares of Reliance Finance have been listed on Nepse. "The finance company had launched initial public offering (IPO) of 600,000 units of ordinary shares in September 2011," reads the release. Pramod Kumar Bhattarai, general manager of Nepse and Anil Shrestha, CEO of Reliance Finance signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations.
