Reliance Life Insurance's 3rd AGM on Ashadh 28; Proposing IPO issuance to the general public

Reliance Life Insurance Limited had published a notice regarding its third AGM to be held on Ashadh 28, 2077. The meeting will be convened at Kathmandu Hotel Marriot, Naxal, Kathmandu at 11:00 AM.

 The main agendas of the meeting include:

1. Issuance of IPO to the general public.
2. To amendment of the MOA and AOA of the company.
3. To add an objective to run a mutual fund in MOA.

Other agendas of the meeting include endorsement of audited financial report from the fiscal year FY 2075/76, the appointment of auditors for FY 2076/77.
