Reliance Life Insurance's 1st AGM on Ashadh 31; Proposing IPO issuance to the general public

Reliance Life Insurance Limited has published a notice regarding its 1^st AGM to be held on Ashadh 31, 2075. The meeting will be convened at Soaltee Crowne Plaza, Tahachal, Kathmandu at 11:00 AM.

 The main agendas of the meeting include:

1. Issuance of IPO to the general public.
2. Amendment of the MOA and AOA of the company
3. Providing authority to the board of directors to make necessary amendments to the memorandum of association.

Other agendas of the meeting include endorsement of audited financial report from the fiscal year 2064/65 to FY 2073/74, appointment of auditors from the FY 2064/65 to FY 2073/74, appointment of auditor for the FY 2074/75, appointment of the Board of Directors and others.
