Reliance Life Insurance appoints Sanima capital as an issue manager for its upcoming IPO issue

Reliance Life Insurance Limited has appointed Sanima Capital Limited as an issue manager for its  upcoming Initial Public Offering (IPO) of 63,00,000 Units worth NPR. 63,00,00,000/- to general Public

Chief Executive Officer of Sanima Capital Mr. Manish N. Joshi and Chief Executive Officer of Reliance Life Insurance Limited, Mr. Pravin Raman Parajuli has signed the agreement.

After the issuance of 63 lakh unit shares, the insurance’s paid-up capital will reach Rs 2.10 arba. The capital structure will stand at 70% for the promoters and 30% for the general shareholders.
