Reliable Nepal Life Insurance Successfully Conduct 7th Annual General Meeting

Reliable Nepal Life Insurance Limited (RNLI) conducted its 7th annual general meeting on 29th Magh, 2080, chaired by Mr. Udaya Nepali Shrestha, the company's Chairman.

The meeting covered standard agendas, such as the fourth annual report of the board of directors, Reliable Investment and Merchant Capital Limited's consolidated financial statements for FY 2079/080, a 16% bonus share allocation, a 0.84% cash dividend to shareholders, the appointment of an auditor, and proposals for capital increase and amendments to articles of association.

Notably, directors Dr. Bhishma Karki and Dibesh Lohani were elected unopposed during the meeting, marking a milestone for the company. The company successfully issued shares at a premium to the general public, raising a total of Rs. 4 Arba 64 crores. The chairman and CEO addressed shareholder inquiries during the meeting and conveyed gratitude to insured individuals, agents, agency managers, regulatory bodies, shareholders, employees, journalists, and well-wishers for their significant contributions to the company's success.
