Reliable Nepal Life Insurance Company Calls AGM on Ashad 01; What are the Agendas?

Reliable Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited (RENLICL) has called its 6th AGM on 1st Ashad, 2080. The meeting will be held in Lisara Banquet, Gyaneshwor, Kathmandu, starting at 11 AM that day.
These are the agendas of the AGM:
1) Endorsement of financial reports for the fiscal year 2078/79.
2) Endorse the auditor's report with PL statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports.
3) Endorse the appointment of the auditor for the fiscal year 2079/80.
4) Misc.
The company has submitted a proposal to issue 60,00,000 lakh shares at a premium price of Rs. 212 per share. This IPO issue will generate Rs. 1,27,20,00,000 for the company. The proposal was submitted on Shrawan 12, 2078.
