Recently Listed Nyadi Hydropower (NYADI) Calls AGM With These Agendas

Nyadi Hydropower Company Limited (NYADI) has called its 14th AGM on Poush 28. The meeting will be held in the company's registered office in Baneshwor, Kathmandu starting at 11 am that day.

These are the agendas:

1) Endorsement of financial reports for the fiscal year 2077/78.
2) Endorsement of annual reports presented by the chairman.
2) Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2078/79 and approval of their compensation.
3) Misc.

Poush 11 is the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day can attend this AGM.

1,50,00,000 unit shares of NYADI were recently listed in NEPSE. After reaching the high of Rs. 499, the ordinary shares are currently trading at Rs. 365.
