RBB Merchant Banking Limited has called its 6th AGM on 30th Kartik, 2078. The meeting will be held in Rastriya Banijya Bank Limited's central office in Singhadurbar Plaza, Kathmandu, starting at 3 pm that day.
These are the agendas of the AGM:
1) Endorsement of financial reports and annual reports for the fiscal year 2077/78.
2) Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2078/79 and approval of their compensation.
3) Endorsement of 10% cash dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78.
