RBB Merchant Banking convenes its 8th AGM; endorses 13.16% cash dividend
RBB Merchant Banking Limited has convened its 8th AGM on Ashoj 29, 2080 under the leadership of its chairman Mr. Devendra Raman Khanal.
The AGM has endorsed the cash dividend of 13.16% from the profit it made during the previous fiscal year while also endorsing all the financial reports as well as highlights of the previous FY, as per the media statement.
The merchant banker is currently providing a range of services that include share registrar, share underwriting, investment management, corporate advisory and so on.
