RBB Merchant Banking has convened its 6th AGM on Kartik 30, 2078 under the leadership of its chairman Mr. Kabiraj Adhikari.
The AGM has endorsed all the financial reports as well as highlights of the previous FY, as per the media statement.
The merchant banker is currently providing a range of services that include share registrar, share underwriting, investment management, corporate advisory, and so on.
