RBB Merchant Banking convenes its 4th AGM; endorsed all the financial reports for the fiscal year 2075-76

RBB Merchant Banking, a fully owned subsidiary of Rastriya Banijya Bank, has convened its 4^th AGM on Mangsir 27, 2076 under the leadership of merchant bank’s chairman Mr. Kiran Kumar Shrestha, endorsing all the financial reports for the fiscal year 2075-76.

The AGM was also addressed and attended by CEO of the merchant bank Mr. Badri Prashad Pyakurel, BoDs Mr. Kabiraj Adhikari, Mr. Keshav Lamsal, Ms. Saraswati Adhikari, Mr. Pawan Regmi, DY ED Mr. Tek Raj Joshi, Mr. Mahendra Prasad Awosthi, Mr. Devendra Raman Khanal, among others, as per the media statement.
