RBB Merchant Banking convenes 3rd AGM; to manage issuance of Rs 1.60 arba worth of IPO of Nepal Reinsurance Company in near future
RBB Merchant Banking has successfully concluded its 3rd AGM on Poush 27, 2075 under the leadership of Merchant Banker’s chairman Mr. Kiran Kumar Shrestha. The AGM has endorsed the financial highlights for the previous fiscal year.
More importantly, it was also informed that the Merchant Banker will soon issue Rs 1.60 arba worth of IPO shares of Nepal Reinsurance Company to general public.
