RBB Merchant Banking Celebrates 11th Anniversary with Strong Financial Growth

RBB Merchant Banking Limited, fully owned by Rastriya Banijya Bank, celebrated its 10th anniversary and entry into the 11th year on 15th Magh 2082 at the Yellow Pagoda Hotel, chaired by Saraswati Adhikari.
The event, graced by Securities Board of Nepal Executive Director Dr. Nawaraj Adhikari, highlighted the company’s remarkable financial growth over the past decade: EPS increased from NPR 0.35 in FY 2073/74 to NPR 28.87 in FY 2081/82, net worth grew from NPR 100.75 to NPR 137.85, and total income rose by NPR 2,221.65 million.
The company distributed 73.66% units of cash dividends and operates three mutual fund schemes under Rastriya Banijya Bank. Outstanding branches, investors, and clients were honored during the ceremony, reflecting the company’s strategic planning, robust performance, and commitment to excellence in investment management.
