Rawa Energy Development appoints Prabhu Capital as issue manager to float IPO; 3 MW project in Khotang completes 100% of construction work

Rawa Energy Development Limited, the developer of the 3 MW Upper Rawa Khola Hydropower project at Kipilasgadhi Gaupalika of Khotang district has appointed Prabhu Capital as the issue manager for the issuance of 3.99 lakh unit shares to the project affected and the general public.

The agreement was signed between Mr. Badri Prasad Gautam, chairman of the hydro developer, and MD of the merchant banker Mr.  Dinesh Thakali, amid a program.

The hydropower company has so far completed 100% of the construction work and is eyeing to begin commercial production of the electricity at the earliest, as per the media statement.
