Rasuwagadhi Hydropower to convene 7th AGM on Mangsir 19, 2076; Book Closure on Mangsir 05

Rasuwagadhi Hydropower Company (RHPL) will be convening its 7th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Mangsir 19, 2076 (December 05, 2019) at Rastriya Sabha Griha, Bhrikuti Mandap, Kathmandu from 11 AM onwards.
The 203rd Board Meeting held on Kartik 21, 2076 has decided on following agendas to be discussed in the AGM:
- Approval of the Annual Report to be presented by the Chairman on behalf of the Board for the year 2075/76 along with financial statements to be presented by the auditor.
- Appointment of Auditor for the year and determination of remuneration for the same.
The book closure date has been set on Kartik 05, 2076.
