Rasuwagadhi Hydropower Company (RHPL) calls 8th AGM on Poush 20: When's the book closure?

Rasuwagadhi Hydropower Company Limited (RHPL) has called its 8th AGM on Poush 20, 2077, i.e. January 04, 0202.

The 228th meeting of the board of directors held on Mangsir 21 has decided to conduct the AGM at Chilime Hydropower Company Limited's meeting hall in Dhumbarahi, Kathmandu.

These are the agendas of the AGM:

a) Endorse the annual report presented by the board of directors.
b) Endorse the cash flow statement of FY 2076/77 and misc.
c) Appointment of auditor for the FY 2077/78 and approval of their compensation.
