Rastriya Beema Sansthan Calls SGM on Jestha 22 With These Agendas

Rastriya Beema Sansthan (RBS) has called its Special General Meeting (SGM) on 22nd Jestha, 2080. The meeting will be held in the head office of the company located at Ramshah Path, Kathmandu, starting from 4 pm that day.

These are the agendas:
1) In accordance with the capital plan study report 2079 of the company, increase the amount of capital by issuing rights shares on the investment of the Government of Nepal, Nepal Rastra Bank, and Nepal Bank Limited.
2) To appoint an auditor for FY 2075/76 and decide his remuneration.
