Rastriya Banijya Bank welcomes Dr. Balram Pathak as new chairman; chairman Mr. Pathak receives his oath from NRB Governor

Newly appointed chairman of Rastriya Banijaya Bank Dr. Balram Pathak has received his oath of designation and secrecy from the Governor of Nepal Rastra Bank Mr. Maha Prasad Adhikari on Kartik 16, 2078.

The board meeting of the bank held on Kartik 15, 2078 has nominated Dr. Pathak as the new chairman of the bank. Mr. Pathak had earlier served as a BoD of Rastriya Beema Company and is currently rendering his service as the faculty of Economics in the Tribhuvan University.

The oath-taking ceremony was also attended by Deputy Governor of Nepal Rastra Bank Ms. Neelam Timsina Dhungana and Mr. Bom Bahadur Mishra as well as CEO of the bank Mr. Kiran Kumar Shrestha, Deputy CEO Mr. Kabiraj Adhikari, Company Secretary Mr. Bholanath Paudel among others.
