Rastriya Banijya Bank to convene its AGM on Jestha 31; Book closure for the purpose of AGM from Jestha 17 till Jestha 25

Rastriya Banijya Bank has published a notice regarding its 13th Annual General Meeting to be held on Jestha 31, 2075. The AGM will be convened at the premises of Rastriya Banijya Bank (Former NIDC’s office), Durbarmarg from 1:00PM.
The main agenda of the meeting is to amend the Memorandum of Association (MoA) and directives of the bank.
The other agendas include issuance of audited financial report of fiscal year 2073/74 and appointment of statutory auditor for the fiscal year 2074/75.
This is the first AGM of the bank after acquiring NIDC Development Bank.
For the purpose of the AGM, the shareholders register book will remain closed from Jestha 17 till Jestha 25, i.e. the shareholders holding shares of the bank till Jestha 16 will be able to participate in the AGM.
