Rastriya Banijya Bank inaugurates 4 new branches after merger with NIDC bank
Rastriya Banijya Bank (RBB) has started operation from 4 new branches. The branches are established at Neshyang Gaupalika-04-Humde of Manang, Maulapur-05 of Rautahat, Ishnath-02-Oraiya of Rautahat and Katahari Gaupalika-03 of Morang.
Along with these, Rastriya Banijya Bank now has a network of 199 branches in 72 districts along with 135 ATMs and 93 branchless banking units. In a program the CEO of the bank Mr Kiran Kumar Shrestha mentioned that for now RBB will be focusing towards establishing more branches to increase the access for customers.
As per the third quarter report of the bank for fiscal year 2074/75, the bank has collected deposits of Rs 1 kharba 53 arba and has disbursed loan of Rs 1 kharba 12 arba earning net profit of Rs 3 arba 8 crore.
