Rastriya Banijya Bank Holds 20th AGM, Highlights Governance and Service Expansion

Rastriya Banijya Bank Limited conducted its 20th Annual General Meeting on Poush 29, 2082, in Kathmandu, chaired by Chairman Dev Kumar Dhakal.

The meeting approved the annual report for FY 2081/82, appointment of auditors for FY 2082/83, and other proposals. Chairman Dhakal emphasized the bank’s focus on institutional governance, technological service improvements, and enhancing competitive capacity.

Shareholders, including representatives from government ministries and the public, provided feedback and suggestions, which were addressed by the management. The bank currently operates 312 branches, 71 extension counters, 322 ATMs, and 99 branchless banking units across all seven provinces, including remote areas, offering modern banking services.
