Rastriya Banijya Bank convenes 14th AGM; government owned commercial bank endorses decision to provide 12% cash dividend

Rastriya Banijya Bank has convened its 14th AGM under the leadership of company’s chair Mr. Nirmal Hari Adhikari. The AGM has endorsed the decision to provide cash dividend of 12% to its shareholders from the profit it had made during the last fiscal year.
The government owned bank has its 239 branches, 205 ATM terminals and 93 branchless banking units in 77 districts and serves rural to urban households in Nepal, as per the media statement.
