Rastriya Banijaya Bank BLB service in Baletaksar

KATHMANDU, May 31:

Rastriya Banijya Bank (RBB) has expanded its Branchless Banking (BLB) services to Baletaksar in Gulmi district. The bank’s 9th BLB service was inaugurated by chief secretary Leelamani Paudel. On the occasion Poudel urged banks to expand BLB services to increase the access of people living in rural areas of the country financial services. The bank´s chief executive officer Krishna Prasad Sharma talked about the significance of BLB services in village development committees (VDCs) of the country. Baletaksar locals and people from the surrounding 11 VDCs will be able to access RBB’s BLB services.
