Rastra Utthan Laghubitta to float 8.50 lakh shares in IPO; appoints NIBL Ace Capital as issue manager

Rastra Utthan Laghubitta has appointed NIBL Ace Capital as the issue manager to float its upcoming IPO.
The agreement was signed between Deputy ED of the microfinance Ms. Jaya Lohani and Deputy MD of NIBL Ace Capital Mr. Sachindra Dhungana amid a program.
The national level microfinance has decided to float 8.50 lakh unit ordinary shares to the general public through an IPO process in a near future.
