Rastra Utthan Laghubitta appoints Mr. Prallad Man Mali as new chairman; in process to float 8.50 lakh unit shares in IPO soon
Rastra Utthan Laghubitta, through its board meet held on Chaitra 3, has appointed Mr. Prahlad Man Mali as the new chairman.
Chairman Mr. Mali has received his oath of secrecy and designation on Chaitra 5, 2077 from NRB Regulation department head Mr. Dev Kumar Dhakal amid a program.
The microfinance is currently in a process to issue 8.50 lakh unit shares to general public in its upcoming IPO, as per the media statement.
