Rana reappointed chairman of KBL

KATHMANDU, May 7:

Noor Pratap JB Rana has been reappointed as the chairman of Kumari Bank Ltd.

The meeting of board of directors of the bank held on Tuesday took the decision.

Rana is the prime founder of the KBL and served as the chairman of the bank for many years since the bank’s inception.

The 13th annual general meeting of the bank held recently in the capital endorsed the board’s proposal to distribute 14 percent bonus shares to its shareholders.

The AGM had also elected Rana, Uttam Prasad Bhattarai, Naresh Dugar, Santosh Kumar Lama and Puna Ram Bhandari to KBL board.
