Ramada Encore Kathmandu Introduces Data-Driven Leadership Development with GALA Program

Ramada Encore by Wyndham Kathmandu Thamel has partnered with Impact Yes to introduce the GALA (Gap Analysis for Leadership Alignment) leadership program, shifting from traditional leadership training to a data-driven, personalized development approach. Conducted from July 29–31, 2026, the program involved 22 employees, including nine department heads, who received individual leadership assessments, diagnostic reports, and customized action plans.

The initiative focuses on measuring leadership behaviors rather than relying on generic training, while considering Nepal's cultural and workplace context. Following positive feedback from participants and hotel management, Ramada Encore plans to expand the program to more employees through regular coaching and follow-up, positioning the model as a practical leadership development framework for the hospitality industry.
