Rajesh Upadhyay Re-elected as MLBL Chairman, Takes Oath of Office
At its 24th Annual General Meeting, Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank Limited (MLBL) appointed Mr. Rajesh Upadhyay as the new Chairperson.
He took the oath of office and secrecy on 2082/09/23 before Deputy Governor Mr. Bam Bahadur Mishra of Nepal Rastra Bank, in the presence of senior bank officials. The board also approved a proposal to distribute a 10.37% dividend.
