Rairang Hydropower (RRHP) and Ridi Hydropower (RHPC) Sign Merger Agreement

Rairang Hydropower Development Company Limited (RRHP) and Ridi Hydropower Development Company Limited (RHPC) have signed an agreement to merge with each other.
The merger agreement was signed on Kartik 17. The companies have formed a joint merger committee to instantiate the merger-related processes.
Stock trading of both companies will be halted until the completion of the merger. As of writing, Ridi Hydropower (RHPC) has an LTP of Rs. 838. Meanwhile, RRHP has an LTP of Rs. 563.10.
