Purnima Bikas AGM on Mangsir 27; 23.75% bonus share in offing

Purnima Bikas Bank Limited (PURBL) is going to hold its 7th Annual General Meeting on Mangsir 27, 2071; which will endorse 23.75 percent bonus share and 1.25 percent cash dividend (for tax purpose) from the net profit earned in the last fiscal year 2070/71.

The bank has also announced the book closure for the same from Mangsir 11, 2071.

Only those shareholders who own the shares of the bank till Mangsir 10 will be entitled to dividends offered by the bank and allowed to register at annual general meeting.

Other agendas include the approval of financial statement of FY 2070/71 and approval for merger and acquisition.

Purnima Bikas Bank offered 10 percent bonus share and 4 percent cash dividend to its shareholders in the previous fiscal year 2069/70.
